As the centre for bald eagle convocation during  the Nov-Feb  winter period, during  the annual salmon spawing run, the Squamish area is very beautiful in its winter snow covering and is equally near to Whistler the 2010 winter olympic games venue. The Sunwolf, road bridge provided he perfect spot to capture this picturesque landscape scene leading  up to the salmon  spawning pool..... 

The Sunwolf spawning pool and nearbye land fill site are the sites to head for to experience the highest convocations  of Bald Eagles, the brackendale park area is also a popular site but Sunwolf in my opinion lends itself to a better photographic experience and backgrounds with early morning the best time to visit  for photographic isolation and access to a wider range of morning wildlife.
